We provide a model-independent argument indicating that for a black hole of entropy N the non-thermal deviations from Hawking radiation, per each emission time, are of order 1/N, as opposed to exp(-N). This fact abolishes the standard a priory basis for the information paradox.

  1. Probabilistic Causality from Graviton Fluctuations

    hep-th 2026-06 unverdicted novelty 7.0 of 10

In a thermal state of gravitons at temperature T, metric fluctuations induce a Gaussian spread in the causal structure of a scalar field with Var(x²) = 16 G_N T t³ / 3 after vacuum subtraction.

  2. Black Hole Memory Burden and its Signatures in Gravitational Waves from Mergers

    gr-qc 2026-07 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

Swift memory burden shifts black-hole quasinormal-mode frequencies by an amount set by the memory-load parameter μ and critical exponent p, with μ able to exceed the progenitor's information content.
