We present results from a state-of-the-art fit of electroweak precision observables and Higgs-boson signal-strength measurements performed using 7 and 8 TeV data from the Large Hadron Collider. Based on the HEPfit package, our study updates the traditional fit of electroweak precision observables and extends it to include Higgs-boson measurements. As a result we obtain constraints on new physics corrections to both electroweak observables and Higgs-boson couplings. We present the projected accuracy of the fit taking into account the expected sensitivities at future colliders.

  1. Impact of QED Radiation on SMEFT Constraints in Deep Inelastic Scattering

    hep-ph 2026-07 conditional novelty 6.5

Collision-induced QED radiation produces O(1) corrections to DIS cross sections but only few-percent shifts in longitudinal electron spin asymmetries, making asymmetries more robust for SMEFT constraints at SoLID and EIC.

  2. Probing Higgs and Top Interactions through the Muon Lens at multi-TeV Muon Colliders

    hep-ph 2026-04 unverdicted novelty 6.0

A 10 TeV muon collider could improve existing bounds on muon-Higgs-gauge and muon-top interactions by up to an order of magnitude over current limits and FCC-ee projections.

  3. Heavy Vector Triplets at a Muon Collider

    hep-ph 2026-05 unverdicted novelty 5.0

Muon colliders can probe heavy vector triplets up to 12 TeV, competitive with HE-LHC but below FCC-hh projections, including indirect electroweak precision limits.

  4. Constraining dimension-6 SMEFT with higher-order predictions for $p p \to t W$

    hep-ph 2026-01 unverdicted novelty 4.0

Higher-order QCD predictions for pp to tW enable three-parameter SMEFT fits that constrain effective new-physics scales to 0.5–2 TeV using LHC Run II and III data.
