We construct a double copy relation between the Cotton spinor and the dual field strength spinor of topologically massive theories, as the three-dimensional analogue of the Weyl double copy. The relationship holds in curved backgrounds for wave solutions. We give an explicit proof for Type N spacetimes and show examples satisfying the Cotton double copy.

  1. Gleaning gravitational amplitudes -- a double copy for canceling dilatons

    hep-th 2025-01 conditional novelty 7.0 of 10

An asymmetric double copy with a ghost-like sqrt-dilaton cancels dilaton contaminations in tree-level GR amplitudes with massive scalars up to six points, leaving a residual bubble ambiguity at one loop.

  2. Pleba\'nski-Demia\'nski solutions in bigravity and Kerr-Schild double copy relations using an effective metric

    gr-qc 2024-12 conditional novelty 5.0 of 10

A double Kerr-Schild ansatz in bigravity yields Plebanski-Demianski-type solutions whose double, single, and zeroth copy fields satisfy Maxwell and Klein-Gordon equations in Plebanski coordinates.
