We consider a model of inflation consisting a triplet of $U(1)$ vector fields with the parity violating interaction which is non-minimally coupled to inflaton. The vector field sector enjoys global $O(3)$ symmetry which admits isotropic configuration and provides not only vector modes but also scalar and tensor modes. We decompose the scalar perturbations into the adiabatic, entropy and isocurvature perturbations and compute all power spectra and cross correlations of the scalar and the tensor sectors. The tensor modes associated with the vector fields contribute to the power spectrum of gravitational waves while the parity violating term generates chirality in gravitational power spectra and bispectra. We study nonlinear scalar and tensor perturbations and compute all bispectra and three-point cross-correlations. In particular, it is shown that the non-Gaussianity of curvature perturbations and gravitational waves are enhanced by the vector field perturbations. We show that non-Gaussianities put strong constraints on the model parameters such as the parity violating coupling and the fractional energy of the vector fields.

  1. A no-go theorem in bumblebee vector-tensor cosmology

    hep-th 2025-09 conditional novelty 6.0

Bumblebee gravity with non-minimal couplings is healthy only under the degeneracy σ=-ξ/2, which fixes the potential and yields a stealth de Sitter solution with scalar sound speed squared ≈1/6.

  2. Scalar-induced gravitational waves from inflation with symmetry breaking

    astro-ph.CO 2026-07 conditional novelty 5.0

Late gauge-field excitation in charged symmetry-breaking inflation pushes enhanced SIGWs into the GHz band, where longitudinal and charge-mixing parameters reshape the spectrum in opposite, distinguishable ways.

  3. Misalignment production of isotropized vector dark matter?

    astro-ph.CO 2026-07 conditional novelty 5.0

Kinetic-coupling misalignment of an isotropized multi-vector condensate cannot produce dark matter: non-Gaussianity and isocurvature constraints exclude the viable parameter space in both weak- and strong-mixing regimes.

  4. Misalignment production of isotropized vector dark matter?

    astro-ph.CO 2026-07 conditional novelty 5.0

Isotropized multi-vector misalignment dark matter from kinetic coupling is excluded because non-Gaussianity and isocurvature bounds require incompatible mixing strengths.

  5. Inflation with vector fields revisited: non-Gaussianities

    hep-th 2026-05 unverdicted novelty 5.0

In kinetically coupled vector inflation, the bispectrum in the large-h regime exhibits competing local and flattened non-Gaussian signals with distinct h scalings that distinguish vector-supported dynamics.

  6. Power-law Bianchi type I inflation with multiple vector fields

    gr-qc 2025-11 conditional novelty 5.0

Exact power-law Bianchi type I inflationary solutions are found for one scalar field coupled to up to three vector fields, with stability governed by the relative sizes of the gauge-coupling exponents.
