abstract
Nuclear matrix elements (NME) for exchange of arbitrary mass neutrinos are calculated in the interacting boson model (IBM-2). By combining the NME with the phase space factors (PSF), expected half-lives for neutrinos of mass $m_N$ and coupling $U_{eN}$ are estimated. Limits on sterile neutrinos with masses in the eV, keV, MeV-GeV, and TeV range are given.

Dirac-Phase CP-Violation in the Low-Scale Type-I Seesaw with Three Right-Handed Neutrinos
Restricting CP violation in the low-scale type-I seesaw with three right-handed neutrinos to the Dirac phase δ alone yields specific testable subregions of heavy-neutrino flavor mixings and permits low-scale leptogene...

Neutrinoless double beta decay with light sterile neutrinos: the contact terms
The short-range nuclear contact term in neutrinoless double beta decay depends on sterile neutrino mass more strongly than previously assumed, lengthening predicted half-lives by up to about a factor of six.

$2\nu\beta\beta$ Spectrum in Chiral Effective Field Theory
Chiral EFT corrections to the 2νββ electron spectrum from weak magnetism and pion exchange appear at next-to-leading order and must be included in searches for new physics.
