We propose a new entropy construct that generalizes the Tsallis, R\'enyi, Sharma-Mittal, Barrow, Kaniadakis, and Loop Quantum Gravity entropies and reduces to the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy in a certain limit. This proposal is applied to the Schwarzschild black hole and to spatially homogeneous and isotropic cosmology, where it is shown that it can potentially describe inflation and/or holographic dark energy.

  1. The generalized second law as a thermodynamic selection criterion for dynamical dark energy

    gr-qc 2026-08 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

The generalized second law imposes complementary bounds on the horizon entropy scaling k in phantom and quintessence regimes, selecting k=2 at a smooth phantom-divide crossing.

  2. Black Hole Thermodynamics via Tsallis Statistical Mechanics

    gr-qc 2025-02 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

The authors derive a q-modified black hole entropy from Tsallis statistics applied to a near-horizon gas and show that a negative non-extensive parameter can stabilize a Schwarzschild black hole.

  3. A winding number analysis of Schwarzschild black hole stability in light of Planck-scale modified kinematics

    gr-qc 2026-07 conditional novelty 5.0 of 10

For the cubic entropy correction S=πr_h²−αr_h³ arising from a Planck-scale modified dispersion relation, all physically allowed Schwarzschild-like branches have winding number w=−1, so no stable phase appears.

  4. Thin-Shell Wormholes from Entropy-Induced Black-Hole Geometries

    gr-qc 2026-07 conditional novelty 5.0 of 10

Wormhole throats constructed from entropy-induced black-hole metrics always have negative surface energy; constant-barotropic shells are linearly unstable, while variable Chaplygin shells can be stable.

  5. Modified Cosmology from Mass-to-Horizon Relation: Background Evolution

    gr-qc 2026-06 unverdicted novelty 5.0 of 10

Viable generalized horizon entropies from the mass-to-horizon relation are restricted to a narrow neighborhood around the Bekenstein-Hawking law, yielding only Lambda-CDM-like background evolution.

  6. Interacting Barrow Holographic Dark Energy in Non-flat Universe

    gr-qc 2024-12 reject novelty 5.0 of 10

Derives a non-flat interacting Barrow holographic dark energy model and fits it to CC and Pantheon data, but the statistical claim of preference is contradicted by the paper's own AIC/BIC/DIC table.

  7. On Accretion and Neutrino Investigations of Thermodynamically Reconstructed Black Holes from Three-Parameter Generalized Entropy

    gr-qc 2026-07 conditional novelty 4.0 of 10

A generalized-entropy black-hole model with horizon temperature fixed by entropy predicts sign-controlled ISCO, shadow, and efficiency shifts, but relies on an arbitrary exterior profile p.

  8. ACT-DR6 consistent inflation in generalised entropic cosmology and $f(Q)$ gravity

    gr-qc 2026-07 conditional novelty 4.0 of 10

Reconstruction produces explicit f(Q) and generalised-entropic inflation models (and scalar-coupled versions) whose slow-roll parameters match ACT-DR6 + Planck-BAO constraints on n_s and r.

  9. Dark energy era with a resolution of Hubble tension in generalized entropic cosmology

    gr-qc 2025-07 reject novelty 4.0 of 10

A generalized-entropy dark energy model with one fitted extra parameter returns H0 near 73 km/s/Mpc on some datasets, but the reported model-comparison statistics do not favor it over LambdaCDM.

  10. Black Holes Thermodynamics and Generalised Non-Extensive Entropy

    gr-qc 2025-02 conditional novelty 4.0 of 10

For Schwarzschild black holes, generalized non-extensive entropies such as Rényi, Tsallis, and four- and five-parameter forms cannot reproduce both the Hawking temperature and the ADM mass; only the Bekenstein-Hawking...

  11. Restricted Phase Space Thermodynamics of 4D Dyonic AdS Black Holes: Insights from Kaniadakis Statistics and Emergence of Superfluid $\lambda$-Phase Transition

    hep-th 2024-12 conditional novelty 4.0 of 10

Using Kaniadakis entropy in restricted phase space thermodynamics, the authors report a superfluid-lambda-like phase transition and an ultra-large unstable black hole branch for 4D dyonic AdS black holes.

  12. Effect of Non-Extensive Parameter on Page Curve

    hep-th 2025-02 reject novelty 2.0 of 10

The entanglement entropy of Hawking radiation in non-extensive entropy-corrected Schwarzschild black holes grows linearly until an island forms and later saturates, with the Page time depending on the entropy deformat...
