abstract

We consider the production of high transverse momentum gluons in the McLerran-Venugopalan model of nuclear structure functions. We explicitly compute the high momentum component in this model. We compute the nuclear target size $A$ dependence of the distribution of produced gluons.

  1. Analytic and Approximate Solutions to Color Glass Condensate in the Classical Weak-Field Limit

    nucl-th 2026-07 accept novelty 6.5 of 10

In the weak-field CGC limit the glasma energy-momentum tensor has universal late-time scaling ε,PT∼1/τ and PL∼1/τ³, with closed Meijer-G forms in the MV model and controlled series in an improved Gaussian model.

  2. Saturation effects in exclusive vector meson production in DIS

    hep-ph 2025-11 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

A dense-limit CGC hotspot calculation shows saturation mildly suppresses exclusive vector meson cross sections in ep, with suppression growing at higher color-charge density.

  3. Jet quenching in out-of-equilibrium QCD matter

    hep-ph 2025-11 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

Medium-induced gluon radiation computed with kinetic-theory backgrounds shows a persistent, non-vanishing imprint of the pre-equilibrium stage on jet spectra, so jet observables can probe early-time dynamics in heavy-...

  4. Flow in small systems in the EPOS4 approach for high-energy scatterings

    hep-ph 2025-08 conditional novelty 5.0 of 10

In the EPOS4 framework, a symmetric initial parton distribution cannot reproduce the flat elliptic flow versus multiplicity seen in high-multiplicity pp collisions, whereas a two-center 'dipole' proton shape can.

  5. Examining hadronic resonance dynamics at energies available at the CERN Large Hadron Collider: Insights from EPOS4

    hep-ph 2024-12 conditional novelty 4.0 of 10

EPOS4 with a hadronic afterburner reproduces resonance suppression patterns, and the extracted hadronic phase lifetime increases with multiplicity and system size, remaining non-zero in high-multiplicity pp collisions.

  6. QCD-Gravity double copy in Regge asymptotics: from $2\rightarrow n$ amplitudes to radiation in shockwave collisions

    hep-th 2025-07 accept novelty 3.0 of 10

A lecture-note synthesis showing that the same Lipatov vertices and reggeized propagators govern multi-particle production in QCD and gravity, with double-copy, Weinberg soft, and shockwave limits all connected in one...

  7. Effective theories for nuclei at high energies

    hep-ph 2025-02 unverdicted novelty 1.0 of 10

This paper reviews the Color Glass Condensate effective theory, covering its foundations, its role in deep inelastic scattering, and its use in setting initial conditions for heavy-ion collisions.
