We point out that scenarios in which the universe is born from the interior of a black hole may not posses many of the problems of the Standard Big-Bang (SBB) model. In particular we demonstrate that the horizon problem, flatness, and the structure formation problem might be solved naturally, not necessarily requiring a long period of cosmological inflation. The black hole information loss problem is also discussed. Our conclusions are completely independent of the details of general models.

  1. Obstructions to Minimal Regular Black Hole Cosmologies

    gr-qc 2026-06 conditional novelty 7.0

Obstructions from matching conditions and completeness theorems prevent minimal regular black hole models from hosting unbounded FRW daughter cosmologies.

  2. Obstructions to Minimal Regular Black Hole Cosmologies

    gr-qc 2026-06 conditional novelty 5.0

A minimal FRW 'daughter universe' matched without a shell to an asymptotically flat regular black hole is either bounded (closed) or geodesically incomplete (flat/open), so a regular core alone cannot supply a viable ...

  3. Obstructions to Minimal Regular Black Hole Cosmologies

    gr-qc 2026-06 conditional novelty 5.0

No-shell FRW daughters matched to asymptotically flat regular black holes are bounded if closed and past-incomplete if flat or open; a regular core alone cannot yield a viable daughter cosmology.

  4. The fate of Schwarzschild--de Sitter black holes: nonequilibrium evaporation

    hep-th 2025-11 conditional novelty 5.0

In the Unruh–de Sitter state the anomaly flux J=(N/48π)(κ_b²−κ_c²) is positive throughout the static patch, so every neutral SdS black hole evaporates monotonically and only the Nariai limit has zero flux.
