Every message goes to hello@pith.science and a person reads it. Include the page URL or arXiv ID you are writing about and what you expected to see; that is usually enough to act on.

A review looks wrong

Machine reviews are versioned and appealable. The fastest route is the challenge control on the paper's own page, which puts your objection on the public record next to the review. Email works too if you would rather not post publicly.

API, assistant, and bulk data

The API documentation covers the review API, the MCP tools that assistants such as ChatGPT call, and the politeness rules. The bulk data page covers the monthly dumps. If an endpoint misbehaves, email the exact request you sent and what came back.

Accounts and personal data

The privacy page describes what Pith stores and how to ask for access, correction, or deletion. Send those requests to the same address.

Security

If you find a vulnerability, email it rather than posting it publicly, and say how to reproduce it. Do not test against other people's accounts or data.
