abstract
This work is devoted to study the thermodynamic behavior of photon--like particles within the \textit{rainbow} gravity formalism. To to do this, we chose two particular ansatzs to accomplish our calculations. First, we consider a dispersion relation which avoids UV divergences, getting a positive effective cosmological constant. We provide \textit{numerical} analysis for the thermodynamic functions of the system and bounds are estimated. Furthermore, a phase transition is also expected for this model. Second, we consider a dispersion relation employed in the context of \textit{Gamma Ray Bursts}. Remarkably, for this latter case, the thermodynamic properties are calculated in an \textit{analytical} manner and they turn out to depend on the harmonic series $H_{n}$, gamma $\Gamma(z)$, polygamma $\psi_{n}(z)$ and zeta Riemann functions $\zeta(z)$.

How does nonmetricity shape quantum emission from rotating bumblebee black holes?
In rotating metric-affine bumblebee black holes, nonmetricity makes the surface gravity and Hawking temperature depend on latitude and couples angular channels, so a global thermal spectrum does not exist.

Lorentz-violating modifications to particle dynamics, thermodynamics and vacuum energy in bumblebee gravity
Bumblebee-gravity corrections to black-hole dynamics, thermodynamics, and Casimir energy are derived, but the central dispersion relation is sign-inconsistent and the thermodynamic integrals carry a spurious factor.

Gravitational wave propagation in Ho\v{r}ava-Lifshitz gravity
In the leading Horava-Lifshitz truncation, gravitational waves acquire amplitude corrections proportional to alpha f^2, propagation phases proportional to alpha f^3 r, and chirp corrections proportional to alpha f^2, ...

Shadows and lensing signatures of a rotating black hole in a Hernquist dark matter halo
A rotating black hole in a Hernquist dark matter halo produces enlarged shadows and enhanced lensing, bounding the halo parameter to ~0.005 from EHT data and ~0.02 from Einstein ring data.

Thermodynamic and statistical properties of a multifractional modified dispersion relation via the grand-canonical ensemble
A multifractional modified dispersion relation ω² = k² + 4 E_*^{-1/2} k^{5/2} produces an effective density-of-states dimension of 12/5, deforming the Stefan-Boltzmann law to u ∝ E_*^{3/5} T^{17/5} and the equation-of...
