  1. Scaling of Stochastic Normalizing Flows in $\mathrm{SU}(3)$ lattice gauge theory

    hep-lat 2024-11 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

First demonstration that Stochastic Normalizing Flows inherit the linear-with-volume scaling of non-equilibrium MCMC in 4D SU(3) lattice gauge theory, with a factor-of-two efficiency gain.

  2. Studying Effective String Theory using deep generative models

    hep-lat 2025-08 conditional novelty 4.0 of 10

Flow-based samplers numerically confirm the next-to-leading-order width and the resummed string-tension conjecture for the Nambu-Goto effective string in 2+1 dimensions.

  3. Duality and entanglement in lattice gauge theories

    hep-lat 2024-11 conditional novelty 4.0 of 10

The continuum entropic c-function of the 2+1 dimensional Z2 gauge theory is reported to show a power-law short-distance regime and an exponential large-distance decay, with a crossover near l m_g = 1.
