The k-essence theories admit in general the superluminal propagation of the perturbations on classical backgrounds. We show that in spite of the superluminal propagation the causal paradoxes do not arise in these theories and in this respect they are not less safe than General Relativity.

The Lorentzian geometry of relaxation
Causality forces purely relaxational dispersion relations to follow spacelike trajectories on the Lorentzian {iω,ik} plane, producing universal bounds on diffusivity, viscosity, time-dilation deviations, and hydrodyna...

Disformal Maps: Classification and Singular Dynamics
Disformal transformations are classified by a Cayley-Hamilton degree and Hawking-Ellis type, and the mimetic energy-momentum tensor's type follows from a polynomial map of the original tensor.

Kinetic coupled tachyon: A dynamical system analysis
A kinetically coupled tachyon dark energy model admits a new stable scaling attractor for a range of coupling and potential parameters, providing a mechanism to keep dark energy and dark matter densities comparable.

Geodesic completion of big bangs from emergent geometry
Phantom Chaplygin gas forces the Einstein-frame lapse to change sign smoothly while the causal-frame lapse stays positive, yielding a robust non-singular bounce even with extra matter.

Relativistic Dispersion Spectra across Lorentz boosted frames: Spurious modes and the enigma of causality
Rest-frame dispersion modes can be mapped into Lorentz-boosted frames through a parametric re-parametrization; the boost-generated 'spurious' roots appear exactly when the mode count is not conserved, which the author...

Dynamical system analysis of the cosmological phases in Palatini $k$-essence gravity
Dynamical systems analysis of a Palatini k-essence model identifies fixed points for quasi-de-Sitter epochs, scaling solutions, and quintessence phases connected by heteroclinic orbits in flat FLRW cosmology.

Light scalars in light of UV/IR mixing: classicalization via synergy between Vainshtein and chameleon screenings
Classicalizing k-essence scalars need m << Λ* and, when potentials or fermion couplings are present, a chameleon-like screening layer to keep Vainshtein screening and classicalon stability intact.

Mapping Sparse Triangular Solves to GPUs via Fine-grained Domain Decomposition
A domain-decomposition scheme sizes subdomains to GPU shared memory to remove synchronization from sparse triangular solves, reporting 10.7x and 3.2x speedups for triangular solves and ILU0-BiCGSTAB on the AMD MI210.

IR side of bounds on Theories with Spontaneously Broken Lorentz Symmetry
The analysis shows that analyticity bounds in Lorentz-broken theories require gapped excitations to propagate slower than gapless ones at low momenta relative to the mass gap.

Constant-roll $\beta$-exponential inflation: Palatini formalism
A parameter scan of constant-roll β-exponential inflation in Palatini R² gravity claims agreement with ACT/Planck contours, but the derivation is undermined by algebraic sign errors and an absent non-Gaussianity calculation.
