It is shown that the infinite tower of tree-level soft graviton symmetries in asymptotically flat 4D quantum gravity can be organized into a single chiral 2D Kac-Moody symmetry based on the wedge algebra of w(1+infinity). The infinite towers of soft photon or gluon symmetries also transform irreducibly under w(1+infinity).

  3. Kerr Soft Dressing and the $w_{1+\infty}$ Frame Algebra at Null Infinity

    hep-th 2026-07 conditional novelty 7.0 of 10

    hep-th 2026-08 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

In massless scalar QED with 1/u tail data, three conserved asymptotic charges exist at null infinity; one is new and is conjecturally tied to large gauge transformations that diverge linearly in retarded time.

  7. Holographic symmetry algebra for the MHV sector revisited

    hep-th 2025-08 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

In the MHV sector, the celestial symmetry algebra is a semidirect product of w_{1+∞} (or S) with an infinite Abelian algebra, whose null states supply the two missing KZ equations.
